Visual Identity System
Webflow Development & Design System
Redesigning Plural's visual and digital identity to reflect our high-energy DNA, elevate market positioning, and empower seamless internal operations.
The Opportunity
After nine years of building brands for others from our Lower East Side studio, our own identity felt outdated. In a crowded agency landscape dominated by rigid corporate firms and transactional vendors, Plural operates on a different frequency as a social-first creative agency driven by a "part of your team" philosophy. We needed a visual identity and digital platform that matched our transparent, vibrant personality, positioning us as an approachable, collaborative powerhouse rather than just another vendor.
The Work
I led the redesign of Plural to build a bold, human-centric identity that bridges our Lower East Side street roots with strategic creative rigor. To scale across two distinct audiences, I established a dual-audience digital architecture that balances high-level narrative storytelling for client leadership with fast-access modular breakdowns for industry collaborators. To future-proof our daily operations, I engineered a comprehensive modular design system powered by a low-friction Webflow CMS engine and a scalable asset framework—empowering our team to publish media-dense case studies, social content, and pitch decks instantly without design bottlenecks.
The Outcome
Plural’s new identity is as sophisticated and forward-thinking as our output. The redesign successfully elevated our market positioning, transitioning Plural from a transactional vendor to a trusted creative partner for higher-tier brands. By streamlining our internal workflow with a scalable design system, we empowered our team to maintain a consistent, high-impact visual presence across every touchpoint with minimal design friction and zero oversight.
