02 PLURAL MARKETING AGENCY BRAND IDENTITY & WEBSITE DESIGN - Internal Work Project 2022-2025





Plural is a dynamic creative agency and content production studio nestled on the vibrant Lower East Side of Manhattan. Over the past nine years, we've forged valuable partnerships with diverse brands and industries, establishing ourselves as practitioners of social-first strategy and content production.

We don't see ourselves as just another agency. We're more transparent than that—we become part of your team. We'd built solid partnerships and delivered good work, but our brand identity wasn't fully capturing what makes us unique. In a space full of similar-looking shops, we needed to better showcase our distinct approach and personality.

The Transformation:

Over the course of this project, we transformed our entire brand presence from forgettable to unforgettable. Starting with a small team focused on social-first strategy and content production, we crafted a comprehensive rebrand that finally reflected who we really are.






We developed a dynamic identity system featuring vibrant colors and energetic typography—not another minimalist tech company aesthetic, but something with real personality. Our challenge was creating materials that worked for two different audiences: potential clients who want to understand our process, and industry partners who need quick access to our capabilities. So we built a flexible system that could handle everything from Instagram posts to boardroom presentations.

Building the brand guidelines was equally important. We needed something our team could actually use—templates and systems that maintained design consistency without requiring a designer for every single touchpoint. We developed modular content frameworks that gave us the freedom to showcase case studies, team updates, or client work without starting from scratch each time.









Our biggest focus was using our website to tell our story effectively. We rebuilt it completely with storytelling at the center: comprehensive project narratives that show our process, case studies that demonstrate our transparent approach, and content structured to improve our search visibility so the right clients can discover us.

We built everything with SEO in mind—optimized content architecture, strategic keyword integration, and technical foundations that help us rank for the work we actually want to do. The backend uses content templates that maintain both design consistency and search optimization, so we can publish new case studies and company updates that perform well organically.
